I enjoy helping clients decipher communication styles so that they can understand and be understood better in relationships. In addition I also work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, co-dependence, grief, and trauma. I take pride in providing a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients feel accepted and understood, and where positive growth and change can occur..
How Can I Help?
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have completed Capella University's Masters of Science program in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at BIOLA University (La Mirada, CA). I am constantly learning the newest research findings and fine tuning my skills by attending the best professional trainings the family counseling field has to offer. My education and advanced training is complemented by my life's experiences / training as a wife of over 30 years and the mother of two teenagers.
